At Longboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear. If your board isn't the perfect fit, simply return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused longboard or accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
